The Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information from you when you visit, register on, leave a comment on, or place an order on our websites; subscribe to our marketing communications; respond to our surveys or advertisements; fill out our forms; seek customer support from us; visit our offices; or apply for our current job openings.

For example, we currently use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X for these purposes.).
As outlined above, there are instances where we have a legitimate interest to use your data. Our legitimate interest varies depending on what we are using your data for, and we explain above what the interest is and how it relates to the processing operations that we are carrying out.
With your prior opt-in consent we may use your Identifying Information and Contact Details, Purchase Information, Internet and Other Electronic Network Activity, and/or Commercial Information to:
- Administer prize drawings, competitions, and product drops
- Send you marketing communications via email including offers about our products and other Trove Brands, our latest news and invitations to exclusive events, or to send you our newsletter when you sign up to receive it
- Monitor whether you open our emails and/or click on URLs in our emails using email pixels
- Place cookies & other tracking technologies in order to access information on your device for non-essential purposes (for example, analytics and advertising purposes)
Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and other third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (which are cookies set by us, including the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (which are cookies set by the third-party vendor, such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website, as well as report how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our websites.
Third-party cookies may be placed when the part of the Trove Brands websites you are visiting makes use of a third-party analytics or marketing automation/management tool or includes content displayed from a third-party website, for example, YouTube or Instagram. Session and Persistent Cookies
Cookies can be persistent or session cookies depending on the time that they remain on your device. It is deleted automatically once you leave our websites or close your browser.

Your personal information and data files are stored on our servers and the servers of our affiliated companies and companies we hire to provide services to us. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, despite our efforts, no security measures are completely effective, and we cannot ensure or guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. While we do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our websites is at your own risk. Where we collect your personal information through Facebook’s Pixel for this activity, and when we operate our Facebook Fan Pages, we are a Joint Controller with Meta Platforms, Inc. This means that we are providing you with the transparency information you are entitled to as part of this notice, but you should contact Meta Platforms, Inc. if you wish to exercise your data protection rights. Retaining Your Information
When you create an account with us, we keep personal information we collect or process on your behalf for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Mobile Messaging
We utilize third-party mobile messaging (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS, etc.) services for marketing purposes. We may offer one-time or limited-duration mobile messaging programs as well as recurring mobile messaging programs. Your use of our mobile messaging services or enrollment into any of our mobile messaging programs constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy. We may modify or cancel our mobile messaging services or any of its features without notice.
By agreeing to our mobile messaging programs, you consent to receiving recurring marketing and/or transactional messages (e.g., new product releases, back-in-stock notifications, shopping cart reminders, order updates, promotions, etc.). These messages may involve the use of an automated telephone dialing system. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency can vary. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our websites also employ cookies to assist in tracking your shopping activities and providing useful information or services to you. We may share your personal data, including your messaging opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.
Changes to Your Account
All registered users of our websites may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into our websites and adjusting their profile information.
Use of Websites by Minors
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website and services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. Where We Store and Process Personal Information
Personal information collected by Trove Brands may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States, and in any other jurisdiction where we do business. We take steps to process the data that we collect under this Privacy Policy according to this policy’s provisions and the requirements of applicable law.
If you are not a United States resident, we confirm that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through one of our websites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. You authorize us to transfer your personal information across national borders, including to the United States, where it will be used, stored, and shared with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. Certain countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.
