All Trove Brands roles are in-office, at our Lehi, Utah HQ. We don't offer remote or hybrid options - we believe collaboration, mentorship, and culture are better lived than logged in.

We don't have a set relocation policy, but we do offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. Your recruiter can talk through what's available for your specific role.

Typical working hours are 8am-5pm. Need some flexibility outside that window? Talk to your manager - we can work with you to an extent, as long as it's discussed and approved ahead of time.

While it can vary by role, here's what the process typically looks like:

1. Initial phone screen with a recruiter
2. Virtual interview with the hiring manager
3. 1-2 on-site interviews (depending on the role) with team members and/or senior leaders
4. Reference calls
5. Final decision

A role-specific assessment may be included at the hiring manager's discretion, typically introduced during the final interview stages. All candidate communication, including job offers, comes from our Talent Acquisition team.

Yes - Trove Brands hires and develops a cohort of interns, typically during the summer months. Internship opportunities are offered based on business needs and can span across all departments in the organization. Intern roles, once open and available, are posted on our job board.
